Why this Hike
This track around Willandra National Park is a fantastic short day walk which has a lot to offer visitors including it's woodland. The Black Box Woodland and Willandra creek along with the foot bridge make for quite a nice walk which can be enjoyed by most walkers.
Track Notes & Overview
Starting from Willandra Campground this walk follows the circuit track for 3 and ½ kilometres by first crossing the bridge down Willandra National Park Road and joining main track on the left. Continue walking along the track after crossing back over the road while loosely following the creek around in the circuit. A little further down the track you will cross a ford before finally wrapping back around to the other end of the national park road. Turn onto the road and follow it a few hundred metres back to the campground where you started the walk.
